Cloud6.ai is operated by GLOBALTECHNOCORP HOLDING PE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you worldwide. Originally effective 21 March 2026; last updated 21 September 2026.

• Who operates Cloud6.ai: GLOBALTECHNOCORP HOLDING PE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U72900TG2017FTC116528, is the data controller for Cloud6.ai. • Information we collect: We collect account details such as name and email address; profile and learning preferences; course enrollments, progress, assessment responses, worklogs, and private capability evidence; organization membership where applicable; and limited technical, session, security, and audit information required to operate and protect the service. We do not create advertising profiles or sell personal data.
• How and why we use information: We process information to create and secure accounts, deliver requested learning services, save progress, provide recommendations, support organizations, communicate service and security messages, prevent abuse, maintain auditability, and comply with law. Depending on location, our legal bases include performing our contract with you, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure learning service.
• Cookies and device storage: We use essential session cookies and limited browser storage for authentication, security, theme preference, and saving an in-progress guest diagnostic. These are required for requested functionality. Cloud6.ai does not use third-party advertising cookies.
• Service providers and international processing: We use vetted cloud infrastructure and transactional email providers to host the service and deliver account messages. They may process only the information necessary for those purposes under contractual safeguards. Processing may occur outside your country. A current subprocessor list is available from master@cloud6.ai.
• Retention and deletion: Account and learning data is retained while your account remains active. After an authenticated deletion request, we remove account data from live systems within 60 days unless law requires retention. Encrypted backups may retain residual copies for up to 90 days. Security and audit records are normally retained for 12 months. Tax, corporate, dispute, and legal records are retained as required by applicable law.
• Your rights and choices: Subject to applicable law, you may request access, export, correction, restriction, objection, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email master@cloud6.ai from your account address. We may verify identity before acting. You may also manage active sessions from account security settings.
• Age requirements: Public educational content may be viewed by anyone. Account registration is currently limited to people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly create accounts for children until a verified parent or guardian consent process is available.
• Security and incidents: We use access controls, Argon2id password hashing, opaque hashed session tokens, origin checks, request limits, audit records, and encrypted HTTPS transport. No service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected vulnerabilities or privacy incidents to master@cloud6.ai without including passwords or unnecessary personal data.
• Questions and complaints: Send privacy questions or complaints to master@cloud6.ai. We will respond under the timelines required by applicable law. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority in your country or region.
