These Terms govern use of Cloud6.ai, a service operated by GLOBALTECHNOCORP HOLDING PE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. By creating an account or using protected services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. Originally effective 21 March 2026; last updated 21 September 2026.

• Operator and eligibility: GLOBALTECHNOCORP HOLDING PE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U72900TG2017FTC116528, operates Cloud6.ai from P.No. 33/A, 7-1-619/A/138, Gayatri Nagar, Behind Mythrivanam, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500038, India. Public content may be browsed by anyone. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and must provide accurate registration information.
• Your account: Keep credentials and linked authentication methods secure, use only accounts you are authorized to control, and notify us promptly of suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account until you report compromise. We may require identity verification for sensitive account requests.
• Learning service: Cloud6.ai provides educational content, guided practice, assessments, progress records, and private capability evidence. Course completion is not a professional license, employment guarantee, vendor certification, or guarantee that every skill has been independently verified. Features and curricula may evolve to remain accurate and useful.
• Acceptable use: Use labs and examples only for lawful, authorized educational work. Do not attack systems, evade safeguards, introduce malware, mine cryptocurrency, scrape or overload the service, access another user’s data, submit unlawful or harmful material, harass others, or misrepresent assessment results and credentials.
• Content and intellectual property: Cloud6.ai content, branding, software, diagrams, and original course materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service for learning. Third-party code, datasets, and resources remain subject to their own licenses. Do not redistribute paid or restricted materials without permission.
• Your submissions: You retain rights in worklogs, responses, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display to you and authorized organization participants, and use that content only to operate, secure, and improve the requested learning service. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or third-party data unless authorized.
• Availability and changes: We work to keep Cloud6.ai available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every course remains unchanged. We may maintain, suspend, replace, or retire features and content. Material Terms changes will be published with an updated date and, where required, communicated before taking effect.
• Suspension and termination: We may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risk, fraud, unlawful conduct, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Provisions that by nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and dispute terms, continue to apply.
• Disclaimers and liability: The service is educational and provided on an ‘as available’ basis to the extent permitted by law. It is not legal, financial, medical, employment, or certification advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to direct, reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach.
• Governing law and disputes: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject always to mandatory consumer, privacy, and other protections that apply in your country.
